The Margaritaville Store Will accept returns of online purchases for any reason 90 days after the date of purchase. CDs and DVDs must be returned unopened. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

What are the rules for Free Shipping for orders over $65?
Free shipping offer good only on qualified orders of $65 through our online store to be delivered within the 48 contiguous United States by Standard Surface Shipping Method. No discount applies to expedited or alternative shipping methods. Certain products that are direct shipped from the manufacturer are excluded from this offer. Disqualified items include, but are not limited to: furniture, golf bags, shark statue, and other specialty items. Disqualified items will display their shipping price at check out. Orders containing disqualified merchandise are not eligible for free shipping unless the total of the qualified merchandise exceeds $65. In that case, qualified merchandise will be shipped free while the disqualified merchandise will be shipped separately at normal price.
